General update of last week

Last week court was out for most days, so you haven't missed much.  Two jury members were released from the case due to family emergencies, and Mr. Konat is on a brief leave for the same reason.

Monday, May 3rd is a short day because court was adjourned early due to a juror's illness.  Tuesday, May 4th, court will hopefully resume as normal, with Donna covering the day.  The defense will be starting its case in light of Mr. Konat's absence.  Upon his return, the prosecution will pick up where it left off and wrap up its case soon after.  Then the defense will proceed as normal with its case.
